Polar Bear Racing is the University of Manitoba's Formula SAE team and one of four design teams in the University of Manitoba Student Chapter of SAE International. Polar Bear Racing designs an open wheel formula style race car each school year to compete in internationally renowned competitions around the world hosted by SAE International and it's associates. This provides students the opportunity to apply their knowledge and take their skills to the next level. Starting with Mini-Indy competitions of the 1980's the team has made great strives in developing a high performance vehicles with the help of our sponsors and much hard work on the part of our members. We hope for many continued years of success as the team continues to strive for success.
