The team has just completed what is probably the best jig from the team with an incorporated steel jig to their always used wooden jig for increased precision.

All tubes have been cut to rough length and the tubes will be bent shortly with the tube bender provided by the always so friendly guys from Dufort Industries. A big thank you to everyone from Dufort Industries for their ongoing support!

The tubes will be notched shortly with the help of the all new fish mouthing fixture very kindly brought to us by the mechanical department machinists Irwin Penner and Dan Rossong. A big thanks to them for their ongoing support!

If the team can maintain their pace they will have a fully completed frame by the end of the holidays, something that has probably never been seen before at the University of Manitoba. Last year's frame was completed at the end of Spring break, mid Februrary.
